Dean Rose with 9 years of successful real estate sales already behind him, joined the Real Estate field back in 2000. He is currently licensed is both Texas and Arkansas as a REALTOR®. Dean is serving as the team's Operations and Transaction Manager and ensures a smooth closing for all clients.

Previously in a technology sales role, Dean truly understands, appreciates, and utilizes to the fullest, today's latest technology to assist you in the buying or selling of your next home. Dean has earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation in addition to the e-Pro Internet Certification. He is a member of Preservation Dallas and has completed the Preservation Dallas Historic Home Specialist Certification program.

He is significantly involved with the Old Oak Cliff Conservation League , a umbrella organization over 26+ North Oak Cliff neighborhoods. He chaired the League's Fall Home Tour in 2001 and is a member and previous Executive Officer. He is also the immediate past President of the Wynnewood North Neighborhood Association in North Oak Cliff.

Most recently in January 2004, Dean was featured on the Home & Garden Television's (HGTV) national show House Hunters.
